(Frequently Asked Questions)
Q. Do you use professional equipment? What if there is a technical problem?
A. Images uses only state of the art audio and lighting equipment - we do not use cheap imitations. In the event of a problem, replacement equipment is immediately available.
Q. How many years' experience do you have?
A. Images was established in 1989, and has been running successfully since, undertaking all types of work from weddings and parties to discos, and also nightclub work.
Q. When will you set up?
A. We set up in our own time - we like to liaise with the person booking the event, to fit in with them, and also the venue. Normally it will be several hours before the event - to make sure everything is in order.
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we carry Public Liability Insurance.
Q. Will you accept requests on the night?
A. Our DJ's are happy to take requests on the night. Our philosophy is that requests assist in making the night more enjoyable for everyone. If the request seems ambigous, the DJ will consult with the person booking the function - we do not like to play music of an objectionable nature.
Q. How will you be dressed?
A. Our DJ's dress according to the function - formal attire for weddings, smart casual for all other functions.
Q. Do you offer a written contract?
A. We like to confirm all quotations in writing prior to the event.
